Hattie started off the summer newborns in the studio—sweet, tiny, and full of personality! We kept the setups simple so all the attention stayed on her delicate features and the little expressions that make newborns so magical. Her and her mom traveled from Garner to see me, and during the time we were settling her in, it was such a wonderful chance to sit with her mom, share stories, and talk about the beautiful chaos and joys of motherhood. Hattie wore a hat and snuggled in a blanket lovingly knitted by her grandmother, making these moments even more special.
